Shipping is a big part of the customer experience so we’re always aiming to make it as efficient as we can. We understand though that sometimes those expectations are not met and we are here to help. To make this process as easy as possible for you, we have included free returns on any order! Please see below for returns and shipping details.

Shipping Policy

• Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your order to be processed (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Once processed, you will receive an email with shipping information

• We offer free standard shipping on orders over $40+

• We do not ship internationally

• Shipping options include Standard (1-3 days), Ground (3-4 days), and Express (5-6 days)

Return Policy

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date. Merchandise must be in original condition; any merchandise that is used, altered, worn, or washed will not be accepted. 

• Shipping charges that occurred during checkout are non-refundable. Products listed as final sale, promotional items and free gifts are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Returns are only available for purchases on Avaylen.com. Items purchased in person, at social events, during pop-ups, etc., are not included.

HOW DO I RETURN MY AVAYLEN.COM ORDER?

Please contact us at info@avaylen.com for any return requests. In the email, please include your name, order number, the return item(s), and the reason for the return. Our support team should then be able to provide you with a return shipping label.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return for us to process your refund. It will be refunded to the original form of payment.
